How to Prepare the Perfect Cup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons coffee powder (preferably South Indian filter coffee blend with chicory)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar (adjust to taste)
Preparation Method
Prepare the Filter:
Use a traditional South Indian coffee filter. Add 2 tablespoons of coffee powder to the upper compartment of the filter.Boil Water:
Boil 1 cup of water and slowly pour it over the coffee powder in the filter. Close the lid and let the coffee decoction drip into the lower compartment. This may take about 10-15 minutes.Boil the Milk:
While the coffee is brewing, boil 1 cup of milk.Mix Decoction and Milk:
