By accessing, browsing, or interacting with our online services, or submitting digital forms (including franchise applications and contact inquiries), you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, along with our integrated Privacy Policy. 2. Intellectual Property Rights

All digital assets and materials appearing on our platforms—including brand marks, logos, vector icons, custom illustrations, copywriting, text layouts, product images, digital franchise brochures, menu listings, audio tracks, and source code—are the exclusive intellectual property of AFBR Ventures Private Limited.

• A formal franchise relationship is established exclusively upon the drafting, approval, and execution of a physical, notarized Franchise Agreement signed in person by the applicant and an authorized signatory of AFBR Ventures Private Limited.
• We reserve absolute discretion in reviewing, rejecting, or approving any franchise application without being required to state specific reasons or justifications.

5. Pricing, Orders & In-Store Guidelines

To ensure that all Mitras enjoy a warm, clean, and delightful neighborhood Adda experience, the following rules apply:

• Menu Pricing: While we strive for price uniformity, beverage and snack prices may vary slightly across formats (e.g., high-street AC lounges vs. highway rest-stops vs. mall layouts) due to localized operating costs. Prices displayed on our physical menus at the respective outlets govern in-store transactions.
• Hygiene & Conduct: We maintain strict food-safety and absolute hygiene standards. Customers are requested to cooperate with our store personnel. Misbehavior, harassment of staff, or vandalism of property at our cafe outlets will result in immediate denial of service and potential legal action.
• Payments: In-store payments can be completed via cash, UPI, or accepted credit/debit cards. Ensure transaction success messages are presented to the billing operator before leaving the counter.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our website content is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal dispute, disagreement, or claim arising from website interactions or franchise applications shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The venue of such arbitration shall be Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and proceedings shall be conducted in English or Hindi. Subject to the arbitration clause, the courts in Lucknow shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any lawsuits.
